Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register or are added to a club.
• Club and team data: information you enter, including players, staff, fixtures, training sessions, attendance, inventory, and payment records.
• Media: photos and files you upload, stored via our media provider.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, device type, and session activity, collected through our analytics provider PostHog to improve the product, including session recordings of in app activity. On the web this only happens if you allow product analytics in our cookie banner; see "Product analytics (PostHog)" below.
• Push tokens: a device token used to deliver notifications, if you enable them.
• Payment data: when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

To provide and improve the service, deliver notifications, process subscriptions, and keep accounts secure.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, analytics, media, payments) who process it on our behalf, or when required by law.

Only if you allow "Product analytics" in our cookie banner, app.squadmo.com uses PostHog from PostHog Inc. (USA) to understand how SQUADMO is used and to fix problems. PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage.

PostHog receives the pages and features you use, clicks, device and browser information, your IP address, and, once you are signed in, your user ID, name, email address, role and club. Session recordings capture your activity in the app, including what you type into forms, but never passwords. Data is processed on PostHog's servers in the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of squadmo.com or in the app under Settings, Profile. Without consent, PostHog is not loaded on the web and no data is sent to it. In our iOS and Android apps, product analytics is part of the app and runs without the cookie banner.

Only if you allow "Advertising" in our cookie banner, squadmo.com and app.squadmo.com use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. They help us measure which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to sign-ups, and show our ads to people similar to our users.

Meta receives cookie identifiers, the pages you visit, your IP address and browser, and, when you sign up, a sign-up event with your email address and name in hashed (SHA-256) form. Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting and transmitting this data; Meta is responsible for its further processing.

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

SQUADMO is used by clubs that may manage minors' data. That data is entered and controlled by the club acting as the data controller. We process it solely to provide the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above when we do.
