• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register or are added to a club.
• Club and team data: information you enter, including players, staff, fixtures, training sessions, attendance, inventory, and payment records.
• Media: photos and files you upload, stored via our media provider.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, device type, and session activity, collected through our analytics provider to improve the product. This may include session recordings of in app activity.
• Push tokens: a device token used to deliver notifications, if you enable them.
• Payment data: when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

To provide and improve the service, deliver notifications, process subscriptions, and keep accounts secure.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, analytics, media, payments) who process it on our behalf, or when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

You can access, correct, or delete your data, or request a copy, by contacting us at the address below.

SQUADMO is used by clubs that may manage minors' data. That data is entered and controlled by the club acting as the data controller. We process it solely to provide the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above when we do.
